We're happy to introduce Portal, the new platform of our upcoming web3 ecosystem.
Portal is a complete rework of the Hub, built from scratch with intention and scalability in mind.
Portal aims to offer a better experience, new features, stronger security and a brand new home for your crypto assets.
We're separating its roll-out in two distinctive steps:
I. Portal Basics
An early-access meant to maintain the vital features of our ecosystem as we transition from the Hub.
It includes Passport Login, Collection Overview, Merch Claim, Pack Opening, Key Crafting, Partners APIs, Epic Link, Immutable Migration and Discord Roles.
II. Portal
The full platform to unleash all web3 gamifications, perks and rewards.
We will progressively release War Bonds, Social Game, Battle Pass and more.

Navigate through your assets and visualize them in a cohesive style.
Shortly after introducing Portal, you should expect our large NFT Update.
This connects with the new Game UX & UI we're working on.
We want to make sure that what you collect on The Watch perfectly matches with what you get in the Game.
Up until now, you could purchase a Nano Bullets NFT with a realistic style artwork and get a Missile Barrage in-game ability with a rocket icon.
This was confusing for old and newcomers.
No more.
From now on, you will be able to get your Nano Bullet NFT Card and equip the exact same Nano Bullet Card directly in-game.
Same look, same tier, same name.
It is also a way to introduce Cards and Tiers, as opposed to abstract items, in order to encourage trading, collecting and crafting.

Whether it's to redeem a merch, craft a key or open a dozen of packs, you can do it all with clarity.
Forge separates your Utility NFTs from the Game NFTs and provides a quick and easy process to activate them.

We've been building the Hub step by step as the project evolved, but it became a puzzling piece of software.
Now, it's all made simple.
Go into your Account Settings, and follow the step by step guidance of each activable feature.
Connect your wallets in a few clicks, link your Epic ID with ease, and properly enable your Tribally Quests.
Additionally, we're adding our own native solution for Discord integration and server roles.
No tedious verification process, no scary third-party application — it's all in-house, it's safe, it's reliable and it's quick.

Now that the vital features are addressed, it's time for action.

A high-risk, high-reward combat arena for the bold. Players competes against each other until they achieve 7 wins or 3 losses, whichever comes first.
The more wins accumulated, the better the rewards.

The war effort needs a constant influx of funding for developing new technologies to help protect humanity, and defeat the constantly evolving A.I. threat. Championships represent the biggest opportunity for glory in The Watch universe which comes with the biggest prizes.
Hone your skills in the various game modes, then enter into the Championships to prove you are the best humanity has to offer.

Battlepass is the main method for accumulating in-game resources and rewards.
Spend War Bonds to enter into the Premium Battle pass to begin enhancing your gameplay experience.

Social Game
A variant of our very popular Discord Social Game, players must respond to various multiple choice interactions within The Watch lore.
The players fate is in their own hands, and one wrong choice means instant Elimination.
But those with enough cunning to survive the gauntlet will find untold riches waiting for them.

Progression Systems
Progression Systems are the essence of a player's journey.
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that you will reap the big prize and become the champion, that's a skill issue.
However, we can make sure that you are rewarded for your engagement.
This matters to you, and as such it matters to us.
With the Social Game, you're able to get tokens on your good calls and follow your evolving stats.
With the Championships, you're able to earn gradual rewards spanning across a large part of the leaderboard.
But more importantly, the Battle Pass lets you get totally exclusive items.
It's based on your engagement, and it offers mystery chests - as opposed to fixed items.
We've made this decision to ensure all players get a positive experience, and unique sets of rewards that belong to just them.
Lastly, we're adding Achievements Medals that you can earn by completing a wide variety of quests.
There's earning coins, but there's also earning respect!
Claim your Tokens
Tokens are what encourage you to play the games.
Therefore, we made it a point to give it a major focus on the Portal.
And simplicity is key.
All your tokens airdrops and rewards will stack and accumulate at the same place.
No obscure step or indirect process.
Grind this number up and claim everything with a single transaction.
When is Portal coming out?
[April 2025] Portal Basics (v1) with the Core Features is expected in 2-3 weeks.
We're currently finetuning UI Interactions and stress-testing the backend.
[Q2 2025] Portal as a full product will come out progressively.
We're currently estimating 1-2 months to start rolling out the first major features such as the Battle Pass and Social Game.
Oh, and yes, Portal will be available on Mobile.
